A new mixed-use development planned for 10 acres of prime real estate in the Perimeter Dunwoody market, Perimeter Marketplace, replaces three once-popular restaurant sites with a grocery store, 30,000 square feet of retail/restaurants, a hotel, and RaceTrac fuel center. The development, at Ashford-Dunwoody Road and Meadow Lane, fronts a major road in bustling Perimeter Center near Perimeter Mall.
But far more than just adding another retail center in this traditionally car-centric suburb, Perimeter Marketplace will feature recreational amenities including a pocket park, and multipurpose walking and biking paths that invite visitors to get out and stretch their legs. The project will revitalize this formerly suburban commercial district transitioning it into a contemporary urban center.
