Musculoskeletal Center

Contineo developed a new Musculoskeletal Center to serve Hattiesburg, MS and the surrounding area with cutting edge sports medicine. The complex comprises two key facilities totaling 75,000 sf. The 42,000-sf two-story orthopedic clinic houses exam rooms, x-ray services, casting, offices, and a therapy pool. The 33,000-sf sports performance center offers an indoor and outdoor rehabilitation center, a weight area mezzanine, basketball court, and practice field with both turf and grass conditions.

This highly anticipated medical center fills a critical sports medicine void in the region. Through school partnerships, the center provides athletic trainers to 23 schools and junior colleges for sports events around the Pine Belt. Combining orthopedic practice and sports performance, the center is south Mississippi’s largest, providing expertise in 45 sports medicine specialties.
