Contineo redeveloped major portions of the existing Lakeshore Mall, the central shopping district to the City of Gainesville, to install new anchor tenant big boxes including a Dick’s Sporting Goods. This revitalization was key to bringing new activity to an aged mall district. We upgraded the mall to be ADA compliant for required parking criteria and access from public right-of-way, and developed plans in a phased design fashion so each section of the mall could be handled individually as the project progresses.
