Embry Village Circle K / Chevron

An aged Chevron store underwent a full property demolition and redeveloped with a brand new 2,750-sf Circle K convenience store connected to a new Dunkin Donuts and new Chevron branded fuel canopy and gas tanks. The project required special land use permits and deeply involved the surrounding community in establishing a look and feel for the property layout and store architecture including a unique roof line and landscape features to blend with the exisiting neighborhood characteristics. The c-store also features a local merchants shelf.
