East Cobb Professional Center

Bringing new service life to an aging structure, Contineo redeveloped the East Cobb Professional Center from a last-century office space into separate, modern-day suites up to code for medical use. Contineo secured demolition permits for a complete gutting of the 1970s interior, as well as exterior alterations. Floor-to-ceiling windows were added to provide ample natural light and all surfaces were upgraded. This high-visibility office building now provides upscale, practical work spaces for dental, retail, and professional services in thriving East Cobb county.
