East Atlanta Family Dental

For this rapidly growing intown medical practice Contineo developed site plans to expand East Atlanta Family Dental’s 2,705 sf single story building out but mostly up — to two stories. A critical step was to negotiate a stormwater treatment plan with the City of Atlanta. Since only a small amount of square footage was to be added, Contineo designed a solution for the roof areas, routing the downspouts to a small chamber system located behind the building. On ribbon-cutting day they welcomed patients with nearly double the amount of office space and additional parking to meet ADA standards.
