Cooper’s Hawk is an upscale, casual wine-themed restaurant chain with its own award-wining winery, tasting room and wine bar.The project planned for a popular open air shopping development in Coconut Creek, Florida (near Ft. Lauderdale and Miami) called for a free-standing location on an outparcel.
The challenge? To undertake a large development project, literally, in the middle of a busy parking lot, while maintaining an uninterrupted, hassle-free shopping experience for patrons.
Our solution: a thoughtfully orchestrated construction process that proceeded smoothly within the constraints of a bustling commercial center.The site design included reworking the existing underground detention systems to create the new outparcel pad. Living walls and enhanced hardscape designs create a distinctive on-brand environment. The result is a popular dining destination that enhances the overall shopping development.
