The Contineo Group provided a hardscape rendering for a pedestrian area at this 6-acre medical office facility in Johns Creek, GA.  This project site consists of 2 office buildings approximately 60,000-sf in size. We used the concept or site plan created in CAD to develop the site and parking and building into a 3-dimensional model, showing on-site grading aspects and building elevation.  Contineo can also utilize the architectural elevation rendering or develop its own generic building elevations based on basic desired intent of visual exteriors of the building.
